over the weekend: playing with leaves

Playing with Leaves II

Forget the sweatshirt and scarf weather of last weekend- the weather has taken a crazy turn for the better and we’ve been having highs in the 70s and 80s. Pair that with beautiful fall colors, orange and yellow leaves on the ground, and zero humidity and you’ve got the perfect combination.

Which makes me feel like a kid and sees me doing things like parking my bike in order to juggle leaves…

Sometimes it’s good to be a little more childlike and a little less serious, right?

Definitely good to be childlike regularly. Helps both to remember the world isn’t all serious and doom and gloom, as well as to remember the beauty and mystery in life.

If you can enjoy simple pleasures, you’ll never be stuck without joy or entertainment :)

    cheers!

You are so right. I see so many cyclists out there, who take it all so seriously, cycling makes me feel like a kid again, nothing wrong with that. I just wish I could act like a kid a whole lot more,

I love what you did with your basket! So seasonally appropriate and fun.

Oooh, this is the cutest and most fun post. Your leaves and boots and all the colors are so perfect for the fall! Also – braid!

Haha, thanks, Dottie! Braids = perfect solution for both helmet head and unwashed hair. That’s all I have to say. ;)
